Exclusive | Brad Pitt thinks Angelina Jolie brought son Knox to Governors Awards...

Brad Pitt thinks his ex-wife Angelina Jolie walked the red carpet with their son Knox Jolie-Pitt at the 2024 Governors Awards "to push his buttons," a source exclusively tells Page Six.

The 16-year-old was seen for the first time in three years posing for photos arm-in-arm with the "Maleficent" star at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood on Sunday.

"Brad finds it a bit coincidental that a judge signed off on the [Château] Miraval trial just days before Knox joined Angelina at the Governors Awards," the insider tells us.

"So he really questions her motive for bringing Knox."

However, a separate source previously told us that the teen made the decision to join his mom on the red carpet.

"Angelina felt so proud having Knox by her side," the insider explained.

"He typically prefers to stay out of the spotlight and Angelina respects that decision, but he asked if he could join her, and of course she was thrilled that he wanted to be there."

The source added, "She couldn't be more proud of him, and they had a really memorable evening together."

Earlier this month, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge ruled in favor of the Château Miraval case moving to trial, earning Pitt a legal victory after Jolie's attempts to have the case dismissed were thrown out.

Meanwhile, back in August, the former couple's 18-year-old daughter, Shiloh, officially dropped her father's surname after making the legal request on her birthday in May.

"Brad is still feeling hurt that Shiloh dropped Pitt from her last name," our source tells Page Six.

"They used to have a good relationship but that's in the past and it breaks his heart. Brad feels like Angelina has turned his kids against him."

The insider adds, "He feels like Angelina knows exactly what she's doing."

Page Six has reached out to Pitt's rep for comment.

Pitt, 60, and Jolie, 49, tied the knot in August 2014. The "Girl, Interrupted" star filed for divorce two years later in September 2016.

The "Fight Club" actor has since moved on with his 31-year-old girlfriend, Ines de Ramon, and the two are "doing amazing," according to our insider.

He is "so grateful to have a strong woman by his side who not only supports him but isn't fazed by being in the public eye or all of the issues surrounding Brad's legal drama."

Our source tells us that Ramon "doesn't let any of those issues come between them or put any type of strain on their relationship," which began in 2022.
