Stanley Kubrick's Daughter Vivian Comes So Close To Endorsing Trump

Vivian Kubrick, daughter of the late Hollywood legend Stanley Kubrick, came under fire after former President Donald Trump used footage from her father's Vietnam War classic "Full Metal Jacket" in his campaign ads. Now, she has a message for the haters.

"Trump has my blessing," she concluded on X, as part of a longer exegesis on "saving America, indeed the world, from the highly destructive Globalist forces threatening to take over this planet."

What's more, she feels "very confident" her father "would be a Trump supporter" if he were alive today.

Trump uses footage from the notoriously brutal war film to juxtapose his tough, masculine military ideal with "Comrade Kamala's" drag queen storm troopers. Liberals put their thinking caps on to slam Trump for misunderstanding the film's anti-war message and perverting it towards his own supposedly nefarious ends. But Ms. Kubrick shows they're not as smart as they think they are. (RELATED: Hollywood Stars Take Sides After Presidential Debate)

While she admits the anti-war message is seemingly "incongruous" with a "tough non-woke military," she points out that we live in "very dangerous and strange times."

China seeks to challenge our leadership on the global stage. Russia courts them, seeking a more strategically advantageous map of Europe. European technocrats, meanwhile, aim to strangle us all with globalist tyranny. The Middle East is on the brink of a full-scale regional war. BRICS countries strive to supplant the U.S. dollar in the global economy. And all the while, the American political establishment tinkers with utopian dreams of gay race communism while they entrench their own position in the failed status quo.

While Ms. Kubrick stops short of a direct endorsement of Trump, she aptly reconciles the supposed incongruity: We need to return to an anti-war ethos in America, and part of being anti-war means having a tough military that would deter nefarious forces from picking a fight. We can't afford to stick to the same, increasingly gayer, status quo.

"Trump is always seeking to end wars and use peaceful methods," she writes. In fact, he's the only candidate who does. So if this isn't an endorsement, I really don't know what is.
