The Pittsburgh Steelers are firmly in charge of the AFC North this season. The Cleveland Browns are firmly in the basement. That means tonight's matchup of the division rivals is either going to be a shocker or a massacre. The smart money is on massacre.
The Steeler are 8-2, while the Browns are just 2-8. That's a tremendous fall for Cleveland, which was part of the postseason in 2023-2024, making it to the Wild Card game, where they were defeated by the Texans. This year, the chances of the Browns making it to the playoffs are less than 1%.
Still, a mismatch can be entertaining sometimes. (Heck, the numbers for the Paul-Tyson fight show people are happy to watch one!) And that minuscule chance that the underdog will take out the king is always exciting.
