The Madison County Sheriff's Office and the FBI Bryan Resident Agency have released a new facial reconstruction image in the 2016 death of a child known only as "Baby Madison."
Investigators are asking anyone who may know the child's identity to please contact law enforcement.
On Sept. 17, 2016, the skeletal remains of an unidentified child were found off Interstate 45 near Madisonville located about 38 miles northeast of Bryan. The remains had been wrapped in a white trash bag and placed inside a black suitcase. Forensic tests later confirmed the remains belonged to that of a little girl between 2 and 5 years old. She was wearing a size 4T long-sleeve pink dress from the brand "Mon Petit" with butterflies that read "Follow Your Dreams." She was also wearing a size 4 diaper.
"Baby Madison" was also found with a feeding tube and likely required specialized medical care during her short life.
