The Woodland girls basketball team bounced back from its first 2A Greater St. Helens League loss with a wire-to-wire 70-43 win over Ridgefield on Thursday.
Lainey Haiden, who led Woodland with a game-high 22 points, came out firing in the first quarter by hitting three of her five 3-pointers as the Beavers led 24-7 through one quarter.
Kennedy Bockert posted a double-double of 21 points and 21 rebounds, and Addi Stading chipped in seven points for the Beavers (11-4, 7-1).
Madison Ingham led Ridgefield (4-10, 4-4) with 21 points.
